My Story…
As many of you know, I lost my dad to ALS almost 6 months ago. I work in a hospital and have seen many horrible things, but nothing as devastating as this disease. For that reason, I pulled my sh!t together, chose the coldest day this weekend, and ran for my Dad and for others burdened by ALS. If you can afford to, please donate some money to this wonderful group. There is currently only one ALS drug, which doesn't help any of the symptoms or cure the disease, but is thought to slow down the disease process slightly. With research and innovation, I want ALS to be wiped out <3
