Woven Health Clinic is a 501c3 charitable clinic that provides primary health care services for people who live in Addison, Carrollton, Coppell, Farmers Branch, and northwest Dallas that cannot afford healthcare. The Clinic is recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance as a Patient Centered Medical Home.
