My Story…
Many of you who know me know I've been volunteering with an organization called Adventure4Change(A4C) for 2 years now. This year I have decide to bike 25km to help raise $1500 for A4C because I strongly believe in the work that they do.
A4C works to address issues related to poverty and inequity for children, youth, and families in the neighbourhood of Sunnydale, in the city of Waterloo. In their many years of operation they've run youth and family programming through summer camps, tutoring and youth workshops. Throughout all of this has been a strong focus on developing strong relationships with the youth and families of the neighbourhood.
