To develop awareness, promote public inclusion and provide an educational platform regarding the benefits, challenges and opportunities of those with Down syndrome and those with other disabilities. To create a supportive community, inspiring all participants to strive for physical goals as a means to inspire them to live lives which are longer and healthier, and to promote activities which further this goal.
