November 7 & 8, 2020
The Rock Hill Mountain Bike Mayhem, organized by Start 2 Finish, is set to hit the trails at the Rock Hill Outdoor Center on November 7 & 8. This mountain bike cross country event has typical cross country adult categories and will be stocked heavy with junior categories so the kids from the North and South Carolina NICA leagues have an opportunity to mix it up this year. Registration will be limited to the first 250 participants so spread the word and stay tuned. Event details and COVID safety precautions for the race are being finalized.

Course: | Course will be a challenging 4.2 mile loop with a good mix of tight singletrack and fire road connectors for passing. The start/finish will be located on the criterium course. Great course for all abilities. Course map will be published soon. |

Race promoter reserves the right to combine fields/shorten distances. Event agenda/timeline may be expedited or delayed based on number of participants. Event will take place rain or shine but may be canceled due to extreme weather conditions or lightning. NO REFUNDS ON ENTRY FEE(S).
Overnight RV camping available in the Rock Hill RV lot which is part of the criterium course parking lot. We have 43 spaces available (20’x60’) which comes with power for 30 or 50 amp and water. The overnight fee is $50 per night and can be booked here, by calling the BMX office (803)326-2441, or emailing info.bmx@cityorrockhill.com.
Shirt orders will be closed on Friday, October 23.

Ebike BICYCLE ELIGIBILITY:
Class 1: Pedal Assist Bicycles with an electric motor Peak Power of <=750 watts that provides motor assistance only when the rider is pedaling and only up to a speed of 20 mph. Approved Drive Units only. Bicycles must remain locked, i.e., no modification of wheel sensor from factory circumference or any other modification to manipulate the factory set speed of the bike.
Production Rule: OEM drive unit and matching frame combination model required (matching year NOT required). Electric conversion kits and after-market frames are prohibited. Once qualified for the meet the bicycle’s frame may not be replaced.
Current list of approved Drive Units: Bosch, Shimano, Panasonic, Yamaha and Brose.
