My Story…
My sister Cindy was the most beautiful, generous, caring, and kind person. Losing Cindy this summer ripped my heart out. She fought like a warrior, but pancreatic cancer is so aggressive. Its early symptoms are vague or nonexistent, so pancreatic cancer is often diagnosed only after it has spread, which is why it's taken down giants Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, US Representative John Lewis, and my sister Cindy.
