Xi Sigma Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. has been in existence for 36 years and has awarded more than $195,000 in scholarships! In these times of economic need, we are proud to continue our tradition of making a difference in Upper Montgomery County, Maryland. To be eligible for our scholarships, you must be a Montgomery County high school senior and reside in Montgomery County, MD. We are focused on giving back to HBCUs and providing scholarships to recipients attending these premiere intuitions. We hope with your generosity we can continue raising funds for our HBCU 4-year scholarships and making an impact in the lives of our next generation.
