My Story…
When I was younger I worked with 3 kids who had Muscular Dystrophy at 5 Counties Children Centre, planning their activities and having a camp-out. It was the best summer job.
I still believe in the importance of investing in people, with neuromuscular disorders, spinal cord injuries and other diagnoses throughout BC, by increasing access to technology to improve their enjoyment of life and independence.
I deeply appreciate your consideration of supporting our work at Technology for Living and thank you for helping out.
Description
Contributing to Technology for Living is like investing in your neighbours: with one donation, you can advance the independence of several people living with a disability in your home province, impacting individuals and communities from Vancouver to Tumbler Ridge. For someone who can’t open a door on their own, your donation means the world to them. Every dollar helps to increase the autonomy of British Columbians. Thanks to your donations, we can continue providing assistive technology, for British Columbians affected by Spinal Cord Injuries, Muscular Dystrophy, ALS and other diagnoses. Thank you for supporting our work!
