The Trinity Conception Placentia Health Foundation was
incorporated February 18, 1989. The purpose of the Foundation is to support and enhance the work and the goals of the health facilities which come under the direction of the Trinity Conception Placentia Region of Eastern Health, a catchment area of approximately 70,000 people.
