My Story…
I’ve just registered for the Calgary Marathon which will run September 19th. I’ll be doing the full marathon (42.2km/26.2mi) and raising money for MitoCanada. The choice to join #TeamMito this year is inspired by my friend Blaine Penny, who is an amazing athlete, an even better person and has a son Even, who has been affected by mitochondrial disease. The link to donate is below. On a personal level, I’m hoping to beat personal best, which would mean I’ll have to complete the marathon with a chip time better than 3:54:13. Wish me luck! #ifican
