With a passion of wanting to help young girls become strong women, FAB offers a free 12-week running program that combines the power of sport with a goal setting framework to help young girls living in lower income neighbourhoods develop the skills and self-confidence to live an empowered life.
To ensure each girl has the opportunity to fully participate we provide each FAB Girl with a new pair of running shoes, training shirts, healthy snacks, a goal setting journal, bus transportation and entry into all program events.
As a small grass roots organization, we rely on the generosity of like minded individuals and businesses to support our life changing program - individuals like you.
