Raise money for Ottawa Humane Society
The Ottawa Humane Society (charitable registration number 123264715 RR0001) is a registered charity serving the city of Ottawa. The OHS received accreditation from Imagine Canada in 2016. Our organization includes a state-of-the-art facility that receives more than 8,000 animals each year; an on-site veterinary clinic that serves the animals in our care; a mobile spay/neuter clinic that provides subsidized services to low-income pet owners; an adoption centre; and an education centre, through which a variety of educational and outreach events and classes are held, such as dog obedience courses, child and youth camps, and other specialized programs for children, youth, and adults. In addition to directly serving animals in our community, the OHS strives to build a humane and compassionate community through a number of community programs and services to increase compassion and improve animal welfare in Ottawa.
