Aidez François à recueillir des fonds

I am hoping to raise some money for The Ottawa Hospital Foundation.  The Ottawa Hospital has provided brilliant support for my family in previous occasions, and I have seen some fantastic work conducted at both the General Campus and Civic Campus during guided tours I had there a few years ago as a university student studying medical physics, as well as during meetings of the Ottawa Medical Physics Institute.

I am a long-time runner from Ottawa, and have participated in the Terry Fox Run and in the 5/15 Farm Run (the 5km-relay and 15-km races).

I've run loads around the canal, river and Experimental Farm in the past.  Special words for: my friend, Ben Pascolo Neveu, who has helped me improve my running in the past; and my grandad, Ian Marshall, for providing inspiration having run and cycled lots himself for many years.
