Mon histoire…

My first wife, Andree, passed away at age 40 from heart disease.  Since that time I have been a constant supporter of the Ottawa Heart Institute.

This year I decided to be a more active supporter and have entered the 5K walk at the Tamarack Ottawa Marathon virtual race just to show that at 80 we can still be active.
