Why I'm Running...
I am walking 10k for Team Perley Rideau to help maintain a full life for all residents in long term care and assisted/ independent living. My hope is to aid in sustaining all wellness programs and the high level of care in all aspects of aging for veterans and seniors at the Perley Rideau Veterans Health Center.
