I've creatively named my fundraising team Team Alberta, since I will be running the virtual half in Alberta. I will be running from Banff, AB, to Canmore AB, where (courtesy of E&D) I can spend a lovely evening in the mountains.
Race day TBD. Dependent on work schedule and weather forecast.

Hello,
As a proud resident of the Ottawa Region, I’ve seen how our community is rising to the cause to support those most in need during these unprecedented times. We’ve witnessed grassroots groups form, businesses adapting to meet our needs, neighbours helping neighbours and volunteers stepping up.
While Race Weekend is a virtual experience, we still have a chance to make a difference.
That’s why I’m continuing to support our community through United Way East Ontario’s response to COVID-19.
The money we raise together will help vulnerable seniors, provide basic needs and life essentials, ensure the social services sector can continue to offer their vital services, strengthen mental health services and support our community’s incredible volunteers.
We’ve been there for one another through floods, ice storms—even tornadoes.
Today, we need to rally together more than ever before.
