Hello everyone!

I have been working in mental health research with the Hatching Ideas Lab at the Ottawa hospital Research Institute since 2016. 

This year, I am running (well, walking because running would kill me) for my cousin, James, who I lost to suicide 4 years ago. Mental health research is badly needed and chronically under-funded so every dollar makes a difference!
