Mon histoire…

We all know someone afflicted with one form of addiction or another. Rideauwood Addiction and Family Services were there when I needed education and guidance. So when I received the email to join their team and run this month, I decided it was time to give back. 


I will run 5km this week and I waited until now to solicite friends and family because I wanted to be certain I would complete it, without injury 😊. I am now confident that I can. So no pressure, but if you want to, any amount contributed would be welcomed. Thanks in advance!

Description

Rideauwood Addiction and Family Services is a community-based addiction treatment centre in Ottawa.  At Rideauwood, 40 expert and compassionate addictions counsellors support individuals and families impacted by substance use, behavioral addictions and related mental health issues.
