Welcome to my page for raising money for the Ottawa Heart Institute. I am going to run a 10k and hope that you will help me and contribute. You can run with me virtually (!!) or donate funds. The staff at the Heart Institute have helped me out many times and continue to do so, since I moved here 20 years ago.
