The Ronald McDonald house is a place very close to my heart. My husband and I stayed there after the birth of our twins. They were born at 34 weeks, and stayed in the NICU only for 12 nights!! The house provided us a safe place to stay while we were in the city. Its an experience we will never forget. The support we received while we stayed there was unbelievable. We will be forever grateful for the house and the people that volunteer and work there. If you are ever in the city and able to take a tour or get involved I strongly encourage it. This truly is a home away from home and touches everyones hearts that walk through the doors.
