Help us raise money

After having an early miscarriage in January 2019, we got pregnant with twins later that year. Everything was going well until our ultrasound at 33 weeks when we found out one of our boys (twin A) had mild IUGR. We were asked to go back a week later for a follow-up ultrasound. At that ultrasound, at 34 weeks, we were told that our other boy (twin B) no longer had a heartbeat. We had made it so far, but not quite far enough. Our whole pregnancy became quite a rollercoaster ride. From finding out we were pregnant again, to finding out TWINS, to finding out we would only be bringing one home. We miss him every day and wonder what it would be like if he were here with us. We visit his grave often and want to honour him and keep his memory alive. Before this, we were living in innocence. Stats were just numbers, and we had no idea what a stillborn and stillbirth really meant. No parent should have to bury their child and we are here to ensure that no parent needs to walk this path alone.

Our angel's name is Malakai but his nickname is KitKat.
