Jesse's Journey‎

Jesse’s Journey is Canada’s leading charity in the fight to defeat Duchenne muscular dystrophy – the most common fatal genetic disease diagnosed in childhood. Affecting approximately 1 in every 5,000 boys in Canada, Duchenne gradually weakens the body’s muscles and ultimately leads to the deterioration of vital organs, such as the heart and lungs. Jesse’s Journey supports patients, families, and caregivers living with Duchenne and funds the most promising research to improve the lives of boys and young men.
