My Story…
Crohn's and Colitis Canada is a charity that is near and dear to my heart. Ever since my then 9 year old daughter was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis 15 years ago, my family and I have put all our efforts into raising funds and awareness to help improve the lives of adults and kids living with these chronic diseases.
Since that time, we have seen new and better treatments come onto the market, the introduction of children's camps, the introduction of scholarships for post secondary education and more. Still, 1 in 140 Canadians live with Crohn's or colitis, so our work is not done.
This year's event is virtual, but the impact of your support is real and appreciated.
