Dr. Arca  is currently the Headache Fellow at Mayo Clinic in Arizona and serves on the Board of Directors for Miles for Migraine. She received her medical degree from Loma Linda University and went on to complete a Transitional Year residency and Neurology residency at Mayo Clinic in Arizona. During her final year of residency she was awarded the Manfred D. Muenter Award for Excellence in Clinical Neurology.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, Dr. Arca is a migraine warrior. Being part of the Board for Miles for Migraine has allowed her to actively promote migraine awareness and take part in the creation of advocacy programs for patient advocates and other Headache Medicine fellows. 

Your donations go to helping fund these valuable programs as well as towards fellow-directed research projects. 

Dr. Arca is involved with several research projects. Most recently, she was awarded the Frontiers in Headache Research scholarship award by the AHS for her study looking into the efficacy, tolerability, and safety of a new medication, lasmiditan (Reyvow).
