2021 VIRA 39½ Virtual Challenge - Vancouver Island Race Series

VIRA is excited to announce 39 1/2 Virtual Challenge for 2021. While we are disappointed not to offer our usual Island Series of races we hope you will enjoy the challenges. They will be over the same time period as the 2021 series which was slated to be January - April 2021. There will be two challenges per race a run challenge and a photo challenge. In keeping with our tag line ‘run series fun series’ we want participants to have fun so you can choose to race these or just run for fun. The challenges can be done anywhere, a week spanning what would have been the race date, at a time and day of your choosing

More detailed information on the run and photo challenges will be emailed to all registrants prior to each challenge. You have the option to post your results to Race Roster during the week of each challenge. For the photo challenge post your photos here - just click on View Gallery.

All registrants receive a 10% discount off the 2022 Island Series, and those who finish five out of the eight challenges will have their names go into a draw for ‘grand’ prizes to include shoe certificates and complimentary entries to the 2022 Island Series. We have many draw prizes from our sponsors - and these will be drawn after each challenge.
