Jakob was born still on October 14, 2016. Not a year, month, week, day, hour or minute has gone by that he has not been on our minds and in our hearts. We know that we were not the first to experience this great loss and we know that we are not the last. Please join us to remember Jakob and all the babies that have been taken far too soon.
