Hope and Healing Survivor Resource Center (Battered Women's Shelter and Rape Crisis Center of Summit & Medina Counties)

Hope and Healing Survivor Resource Center includes the Battered Women's Shelter and Rape Crisis Center in Summit & Medina Counties. Hope and Healing provides emergency shelter, 24/7 hotlines, court advocacy, hospital advocacy, trauma therapy and additional support services for survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking. All services are free and confidential.

The mission of the Battered Women’s Shelter is to lead the community in the prevention of domestic abuse by providing emergency shelter, advocacy, and education throughout Summit and Medina counties in an effort to break the cycle of abuse and help promote peace in every family.

The mission of Rape Crisis Center of Medina and Summit Counties is to end sexual violence through education and awareness, and to empower, support and advocate for all those affected by sexual assault. We believe you and are committed to helping you in every way we can. Our organization strives to deliver ongoing, client-centered, confidential and/or anonymous comprehensive services to sexual violence survivors and co-survivors.
