It’s the most wonderful time of year!!
Hi Everyone! Nate here, letting you know it is Akron Race Season!
As you may (or may not) know, I have been running for about 4 years. It started out as a way for me to honor my first born, Kara, who passed away after spending one short, but amazing, month on this earth. After four years and many, many miles, I do not what where I would be with out it!
This is my 3rd year participating in the Akron Race Series, but my first year partaking in all 3 races (Darn COVID!!!).
I ran my first (virtual) half marathon last year and am so very excited to join the Akron running community for this amazing event!
This year, I will be fundraising to the (lofty) goal of $2,500. However high of a goal, I know that this can be done!
