Join us as we continue the storied tradition of the Springmaid Trail Race. Nothing quite says ‘fall’ like trail running in the crisp morning air with leaves crunching under your feet on beautiful single track. Whether you’re joining us for 5K/Dog Jog (top overall pups get medals!), taking on our 10k or Half Marathon, or just coming to cheer on friends – we can’t wait to see you out there! All proceeds from this race go toward supporting the Mary Warner Mack Dog Park and there will be music, food and cider available for all as well as free race snacks for runners!

We will also be hosting a Dog Park open house this day so come and check out our 12-acre dog park so you can see what this race supports!

Registration closes Friday, November 5^th at 10a. Day of registration will be available. Register by October 10^th to be guaranteed a Recover Brand long-sleeved T!

General Updates:

• At this time we are planning on a mass start for the race. Should anything change we will update you here and via email.
• There will be no food available. We will have water coolers available at the start/finish line but not on the course. Please carry enough water for your race.

Packet Pick Up:
Packet Pick Up will be at the Lake Haigler Entrance in front of the Greenway Gateway. Please pull up in front of the Gateway and stay in your car. Packet pick up days and times:

• Wednesday, November 3rd from 4p to 6p
• Friday, November 5th from 4p to 6p

Saturday, November 6th, 2021

7:00a Parking opens

8:15a: Half marathon starts

9:00a: 10k starts

9:30a: 5K starts

10:00am Dog Park open house begins
Owners must bring proof of vaccinations and dogs must be spayed/neutered.

10:45a: Award ceremony for 5k/Dog Jog/10k

11:15a: Award ceremony for half marathon

2:00p Event finishes, Dog Park open house finishes

Top 3 Overall Male and Female (and dog!) 5k, 10k, Half Marathon
Top 3 Male and Female Age Groups 5k, 10K, Half Marathon
19 & Under, 20-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61 & Over

REFUNDS & WEATHER POLICY
Race registration is non-refundable. More than two weeks out you may transfer your race registration to another competitor or to another Greenway race of equal or lesser value. All transfers are at the discretion of the Race Director.

Our events run rain or shine unless there is severe weather. While we never want to cancel a race, in situations such as tornado warnings, thunderstorms, heavy and persistent rain etc., we will need to cancel. Should we cancel you will be notified via social media, our website, and email. Should we cancel there will be no refunds as that money has already been put toward the race.
