Help Cynthia raise money

When you hope that something is not true, but then it ends up being the truth. This is what happened to my family on a Saturday in August. The morning was just like any other. But as the afternoon came and we were getting ready to move forward with our day something was not right with my mom’s leg. My father encouraged her to go to the hospital. After some time of encouragement, she did give in and go. My sister and I decided that we would go spend some time with some family instead waiting alone. While she was at the hospital, we all waited anxiously together for an answer. When it finally came it was exactly what we had hoped it was not. A second blood clot. It took some time to wrap my head around that fact. It made no sense to me. I understood the first one was my fault. She was pregnant with me. This one there was no answer. That made it harder to wrap my head around. As I slowly did it hit me that this is the new normal. But we knew we had to keep moving forward with life. Life does not stop even when someone you love has a blood clot. It just changes your normal. As of Monday February 15^th, we are excited to say that she has the story of a two time SURVIVOR.
