My Story…
We are excited to participate in Centerstone’s Life;Story 5k/10K Run and Walk for Suicide Prevention! We are on a team for this event and we care very much about the topic. This event raises funds to support mental health services for people with little to no resources. While the subject is serious, the mood and atmosphere is full of hope!
Suicide does not end the pain, it just passes the pain onto someone else.
We would love your support in leading others to hope!
Life;Story proceeds will provide mental health and addiction services at Centerstone for people with little or no resources.
What is the meaning of the semicolon (;)?
A semicolon is a punctuation mark that indicates there is more to come – unlike a period which indicates the end. Every life has a story worth telling. Whether you have lost a loved one to suicide or have experienced difficulties yourself, know it does not represent the end; there is more to come.
