Help Natalie raise money

Hello, my friends, family and visitors! 

I have been a valued team member for 3 years now at Lisaard and Innisfree Hospice. I have never been so proud to work for such an important and special organization that is dear to my heart.

My grandma Culleen Kurt passed away at Innisfree in November of 2016. I could not have asked for a more peaceful, caring, and supportive place for her to spend the last month of her life.  She was able to pass away, free of any pain and feeling safe, surrounded by her family. I was so thankful to all the wonderful clinical staff that cared for her and showed her such respect nearing the end of her life. I knew in this moment, I wanted to be a part of the team that gave my grandma optimal quality of life, comfort and care at the end of her life. 

I am proud to work with such an amazing clinical team of RN's, RPN's and hard-working PSWs, as well as our supportive interdisciplinary team. We are consistently supporting each other as we support our resident's (your loved ones) throughout their end of life journey.
