Every Step Counts.
Mental health is something that hits home with myself, family, friends and so many others around us. It breaks my heart to think of anyone not receiving help they may need do to lack of resources, money, accessibility. I am excited to take this opportunity to have my own kids learn a bit more about the importance of mental health. The kids and I are going to get our 2600 steps in to raise awareness and donate to an amazing cause, please help us reach our goal !
