My Story…

I used to tell myself that I wasn't a runner. I used to tell myself a lot of things I don't believe anymore. Over the past year I had to unlearn and relearn a lot of things, including the physical and mental health benefits of getting out on the road and just putting one foot in front of the other.  

This year I want to share my good fortune with a community that's been hit hard by the pandemic. My community. The LGBTQ+ communities in Toronto.
