Help David raise money

I ran one 5K. My time was 21:19... which I thought was pretty good until I found out he guy who won in my age bracket ran it in 15:37. I also found out he got there a little early and ran the course to warm up, won the race and then ran it again to cool down. I decided then I was in the wrong sport.
