Food insecurity is an issue facing children worldwide. How can children focus on learning with an empty stomach?
150 students in rural Ghana are currently benefitting from the Food Program provided to them by the Dekpor School Development Organisation. For just $50, a child is provided breakfast and lunch for four months! For $165, a child is provided the food program (as well as malaria medication) for a year!
This October I'm running, along with my 4-year-old nephew James, to support the children of Dekpor, Ghana. Thank you in advance for your generosity and for sponsoring my 5k run!

YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
Dekpor School Development Organisation = hard-working volunteers improving: education, sanitation, clean water, nutrition, health, sponsorships, business start-ups, and crop diversity in rural Ghana.
Funds raised at this event are what allow us to run our food programme. Breakfast and lunch are served to 150 students at school, but, gee, we'd love to add even more of the 1000 students to the list of recipients!
You, too, can be part of something wonderful and SEE your fundraising efforts actually MAKE a DIFFERENCE! Give generously. Every single dollar truly helps!
