My Story…
This year I'll be wheeling 5k for the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon, but I just won't be at the race in person. I'll be doing my race virtually, but I'll still be out wheeling it and raising money to help Second Harvest Food Rescue.
Second Harvest is an awesome organization that rescues good food from being wasted and gives that food to people who really need it. so I really hope you'll donate to this fundraising page to help them raise money. Thanks, take care, and stay safe.
Description
Second Harvest's mission is simple: No Waste. No Hunger. Second Harvest works to rescue this perfectly good, edible food and redistribute it to social service agencies and individuals who need it most. By supporting Second Harvest you will be supporting our daily Food Rescue and Delivery programs, Food Safety and Food Date Labelling Training, Feeding Our Future summer lunch programs and many other services that are depended on to so many individuals of all ages in the GTA.
Participants will be rewarded with many perks by choosing Second Harvest as their charity organization including registration reimbursement, branded merchandise and giveaways to top fundraisers.
