Dr. Cindy Hutnik is the newest board member of the Glaucoma Research Society of Canada, a charity committed to funding research into the causes, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of glaucoma. It is the only Canadian charity solely dedicated to funding glaucoma research. Dr. Hutnik has received research grants in the past and is currently working on a number of glaucoma research projects funded by the Society.
Description
Glaucoma Research Society of Canada uses the money raised through fundraising to fund groundbreaking research into the causes, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of glaucoma – one of the leading cause of blindness in North America. The board is dedicated to limiting administrative costs to ensure as much revenue is put forward for research as possible. Please help us as we work to find a cure!
