My Story…
I’m celebrating 20 years of a heart/lungs transplant at the end of this year. I am so grateful to my donor family for considering organ donation through their sorrow. I have been given 20 years of life to show that organ donation works. Canadian transplant association helps get that message out through transplant games and various events promoting recipients health. My motto is “Me and my Donor are not finished yet” please register also to be an organ donor at beadonor.ca and talk to your family about your wishes. Thank you for your support!

We are also a support network, offering programs to help donors and recipients live full lives after transplantation. We have a Speaker’s Bureau in each region in Canada.
