For 30+ years, J&J has helped Operation Smile provide more than 100,000 smiles to children and young adults born with cleft lip, cleft palate, and other facial deformities.  

Since 1982, Operation Smile has helped more than 314,000 people receive life-changing surgical and dental care, but their work is far from complete. While one cleft surgery can bring immediate transformation to a child’s life in as little as 45 minutes, Operation Smile is committed to providing patients with health that lasts—being there to offer patients additional surgeries, dentistry, nutrition programs, psychological services, speech therapy and other essential cleft treatments.
