My Story…
Young Parents is a specialized initiative of Youth Unlimited (YFC Toronto), a faith-based, youth-serving organization.
All proceeds from this race will go toward Young Parents programming, which is committed to encouraging, equipping and empowering pregnant and parenting youth (ages 15-25) in the GTA. This is carried out through weekly support programs, one-to-one mentorship, emergency care, and advocacy.
Once again, I have chosen to go the distance and raise funds for the Youth Unlimited, Young Parents Program because I have witnessed the transformative work this team invests in the young parents they support. I believe in this organization and want to financially and prayerfully assist them in reaching their financial goals to continue their ministry.

As we invest in youth wholeness, we believe young people will experience God’s love and life-changing power. As they do, it’s YU’s vision to see our 5 Gauges of Transformation — which are Renewed Character, Healthy Relationships, Rooted Identity, Joyful Service and Clear Purpose — come to life in each young person we serve and, through their influence, in their community and beyond.
