This year, WFAE is celebrating its 40^th anniversary. You can go the distance for your favorite NPR® News Source by participating in our “Public Radio Nerd Distance Challenge.”

You can run, walk, roll, swim or cycle during this virtual event. Need motivation to get moving? Check out these 40 ideas to try.

Here's how it works...

	Register for the challenge. The cost is $40 (includes shipping) and we'll send your shirt directly to you. Register by June 4 to receive your shirt during the challenge. If you register after June 4, you'll receive your shirt in July.
	Run, walk, bike or hike each week! The challenge runs from June 1 - June 30.
	Post your activities each day into the Virtual Results. You can post as many activities as you want to reach your goal.
