Our story…
This year Bold Gold Media Group has teamed up with Sullivan 180, and we are focusing on getting our community healthy with a program called Be BOLD Choose HEALTH. It's all about making small changes to your routine that make a huge difference in your personal well being. So no matter what your fitness level is, the goal of the Coach to 5K program, is to help you create a new routine that works for you, that gets you moving more than you did before.
