The Salvation Army is Giving Hope Today!
At the end of June I decided I wanted to start training to be able to run 5 km. Thanks to a handy app, a good pair of running shoes and lots of determination I have now been consistently running 5km since the middle of August. Today, I will be going out to do my morning run for the Salvation Army. I have deep respect for the work they do and they hope they give to so many.
