My Story…
CMHAs in 330 communities offer a range of programs, services, supports and expertise, and work in mental health priority areas. 31% are First Responders and Veterans . As a member of the Canadian Forces Reserves, whenever possible, I support programs that promote good mental health and support for fellow members, both past and present.
