As you all know, my weight loss journey/commitment to healthy lifestyle started 16 yes ago with my gastric bypass. I’ve had many challenges and successes along the way. Running intimidates the crap out of me, but what better way to start Thanksgiving than a run with my new HEWFAMILY?!?
