My Story…
As a Board of Directors Member with Up and Running Guelph, I am honoured to serve and support my community through the Pick up The Pace virtual fundraiser. I believe that supporting women's mental health can have a vastly positive ripple effect across families, workplaces and the community at large.
Your generosity and donation will go a long way to enabling the good work that Up and Running programs deliver: combining outdoor exercise in nature and social connections to improve well-being and mental health. Together, we can build stronger community resilience!
