Help Marcy raise money

My daughter (Gabi) and I will be participating in a 5K walk/run in this year's Break Free Run on October 16th in Folsom to stand up against human trafficking.  The event is put on by 3Strands Global Foundation and its purpose is to bring both local and global communities together, educating individuals on human trafficking awareness and prevention.  Human trafficking is occurring every day on a national and global level.  Traffickers exploit individuals' vulnerabilities to hold men, women and children in situations of abuse. Traffickers look for people who are susceptible for a variety of reasons and the trauma caused can be so great that many may not identify themselves as victims or ask for help.  

Sadly, Human Trafficking is happening in my own town and nearby communities and as a mother and someone who works with children, it's a public crisis that I just can't sit back and not try to help prevent.  Please consider making a contribution to help support educating people on what to look for, how to help and how to empower our children.
