My Story…
Woof, I'm Kermit the Dog!
I believe in inclusive communities and well-being, so I'm raising money for Causeway's Wellness Program!
I plan on walking around the island I live on once a day to help support Causeway's Walk Across Canada. By the time I'm done, I will have walked 155km. Admittedly, this is a drop in the bucket, but I'm a small dog.
Last winter, I had corrective surgery to repair a herniated disk in my back. For six weeks, I wasn't supposed to run, jump or play. Essentially my job as a dog! Now that I'm better, I wanted to support an organization that believes that there is no limit to anyone's potential. Regardless of the circumstances or challenges that someone may face, everyone has value. Everyone belongs. And everyone deserves meaningful employment.
