My Story…
The other day, I happened to see a poster for this race on the window at The Brain Injury Association of Niagara. I had started jogging again as a grown-up for about the umpteenth time a few weeks ago. So, I thought "If I'm going to go for a run that day anyway, might as well register!" I haven't seriously, consistently run since high school days, running on the cross country and track teams. Running in the fall is great because of all the colours. I hope everyone has a great day and thanks to all the staff and volunteers with BIAN.
